I had two really long group dynamics, about 4 hours each. The cases were super tough to do in just 20 minutes. The whole selection process dragged on for about 3 months. The negative feedback felt like a copy-paste message, arriving 2 weeks after the interview. Me and two other guys made it to the final stage in a specific area, but none of us three got approved. This makes me wonder if the position went to someone they already knew or if someone from another area was placed there, even though the selection process coordinator said that wouldn't be possible.

I applied for an internship in Productivity. The process was managed by an external consultancy (Conexão Talento) and was frankly quite bad in terms of respect and professionalism. First, there was a matching issue: candidates are put into specific tracks (I was put into IEM and Productivity) without really looking at the CV or what the person wants, even though there were tons of other openings. The group dynamic was rushed and, although only 3 finalists were left for my area, there was no individual interview with the managers, which is crazy for a company of this size. The worst part was the feedback: I got a poorly edited 'copy-paste' standard message, referring to me as female, mentioning two links when there was only one, and clearly reused from another process. For a company that claims to value 'Productivity' and 'Efficiency', the service from their hired consultancy is a slap in the face to the candidate's time and expectations.

The interview process was structured and moved at a steady pace. I had an initial HR screening in early December, followed by a hiring manager interview about a week later. In early January, I interviewed with additional team members. At one point, I was informed that another candidate was being considered, but I ultimately received an offer at the end of January.
