The interview process was pretty fast and smooth, all done over video calls. I got regular updates from the Talent Acquisition team. Since I had a referral, I guess I skipped the first HR chat. My first interview was a 30-min call with the hiring manager. They asked me to give a rundown of my experience and then really explained the job. We also talked about my technical background and they gave me some honest info on what to expect next. The next interview was a 90-min panel with my hiring manager and future teammates. They sent me five behavioral questions beforehand, which was super helpful and let me prepare well. After I answered those, they asked some follow-up questions and then it was my turn to ask questions. It was a good chat. Not long after, they let me know I was a top choice and I just had to talk to a couple more people on the team – two more 30-min calls. I think this was to finalize their decision or pick between me and someone else. Luckily, they picked me! The whole thing from applying to the offer took just three weeks.

It was a long interview process, with multiple phone interviews and two in-person meetings. The HR team wasn't very proactive, and response times were quite long. The interview questions were standard, with nothing unexpected. I did get an offer, but it required some renegotiation. The final conditions were okay and slightly above the industry average, but the overall process was too slow, time-consuming, and a bit ineffective.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process took two months. After the final interview, there was three weeks of no communication. There were unnecessary steps with HR. The team and people were great, but the company lacked agility and speed. It ruined a good thing in the end.
