The hiring process was quite rigorous. I received a call for the initial interview a few months after submitting my application. Before receiving a job offer, there were three separate interviews, some of which were one-on-one and others were conducted as a panel.

The interview was really more of a conversation with the Sales Manager. It flowed very well and my prior sales experience in real estate really helped. They really were looking for someone who understood the expectations of working in new construction (less flexible schedule to traditional real estate and splitting commission for cross sales in communities you are not typically based out of)
