The company is looking for aggressive salespeople who are willing to do anything to close a deal. The interview process seemed to reflect this aggressive culture, with a lot of drama. It felt like management enjoyed the conflict and drama during the interviews.

It was a super intimidating and unprofessional interview process. I was hit with rapid-fire questions by 6 different people. The VP seemed completely uninterested from the very beginning. All the bad reviews about this place are totally true. Thankfully, I turned down their insulting salary offer.

It was a really long process. They wanted to see how I'd greet and qualify potential buyers. Then explain the features, benefits, and pricing of D.R. Horton homes. I'd also have to guide buyers through model homes and available inventory. Then assist with financing options and coordinating with mortgage professionals. Prepare and process sales contracts and documentation. Follow up with leads using CRM and maintain customer relationships. And meet sales goals and stay informed about local market trends.
