Technical Behavioral

I interviewed for a Quality Assurance Engineer role at D. E. Shaw Company. It started well with some senior team members who seemed to like my qualifications. HR then called saying I had positive feedback and an offer would come soon. But the next day, they told me about an extra interview round. It took days to schedule and then to get results. After that, I just got an email saying I was rejected. I tried asking for feedback multiple times, but HR never really got back to me, just saying they would. It was frustrating and unprofessional not to get any clear reasons. I used to think highly of D. E. Shaw Company, but this experience changed my mind. The process was slow, communication was bad, and they didn't handle candidates well. I hope they improve their hiring process, especially with communication and updates.
