You start with a quant test, and if you pass that, you move to an asynchronous interview. If that goes well, you'll have an interview with the recruiter. The interview will mostly focus on your resume, really digging into your knowledge. They'll also ask about current events in economics or finance, not super direct questions, but you should be aware of what's going on.

Confirmed questions3 questions

  • What's happening in economics or finance currently?

So basically there were two rounds of Aptitude test. First one was an aptitude test with two sections, each having 15 questions (logical reasoning and data interpretation). It was 45 mins for each section and they had negative markings. The second round was an Asynchronous video interview test which was 9 mins long. For each question, you'll get 1 min to think and 2 mins to speak. You'll only get to do this round if you score enough to clear the first aptitude test.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you please introduce yourself?
  • Can you share an instance of a difficult situation that required extensive domain research on your part?
  • What are your thoughts on the increasing income and wealth inequality in India?
