Horrible experience. HR reached out and scheduled an interview with someone less experienced than me. The role discussed was different from the JD, and the JD was even changed once. All my prep time was wasted. The interviewer asked conceptually flawed questions, which I corrected before answering. I received a system-generated rejection email within two days. HR never responded to my calls or emails for feedback. It was a frustrating experience. My advice to experienced people with leadership ambitions is to stay away; they only have "Individual Contributor" roles in India, with decision-makers in London/NY. You'll end up as an analyst.

The hiring process has 4 rounds plus an exam evaluation. It begins with an exam for new grads, which is a mix of IQ test and GRE/SAT-style questions. The next two rounds are team-based, with questions tailored to your education, general finance/investment knowledge, and the specific team you're applying to. The final round is a confirmation stage where the offer and role details are discussed.
