I reached out directly via email after a professor told me about the intern job. They replied quickly and we set up the interview easily. I went to the stadium for a quick chat, sitting in the bleachers overlooking the field, which was a pretty cool spot. They asked me a couple of short questions about my background. I ended up declining the offer though, because the time commitment turned out to be more than I first thought.

I applied online and they got back to me in about 3-4 days. They had me fill out another application with more marketing questions. Then I had a phone chat with the manager of the department. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview. I talked with 3 people from the department (a manager and two account executives). I got an offer two days after the interview.
