Behavioral

It was a two-stage process: a phone screen first, followed by a panel interview. They didn't ask any tough finance questions, mostly behavioral ones. The panel itself was a bit unnerving, but everyone was really nice. I'd say be ready for a lot of behavioral questions.

They might still consider you even if you don't have a cover letter, or if they misplaced yours. You actually need one to get past the initial screening, but sometimes they'll still call you and interview you even without one, just to waste your time.
