First, you gotta send in your resume and cover letter, either through their online portal or by email. Sometimes you'll need to fill out an extra form too. Then, a recruiter or HR person will check if your resume looks like a good fit for the job. If it does, they'll call you for a quick chat, maybe on the phone or video, to ask some basic stuff about you and why you want the job. After that, if you passed the first call, you'll have a more serious interview with a hiring manager or a group of people. This could be video, phone, or in-person, and they'll ask about your experience, skills, and how you handle work stuff. For some jobs, especially tech ones, they might give you a task to do, like a coding problem or a case study, to see how you work. Often there's a second round of interviews, especially if it's a more senior spot. You'll talk more about the job with some of the higher-ups or people you'd be working with. If all the interviews and tasks went well, they'll probably do some background checks and call your references to confirm what you said and see what others think of you. Finally, if everything's good and they want to hire you, they'll send you a job offer, usually with details on pay, benefits, and when you start. You can then decide to take it or try to negotiate things like salary or benefits. Once you both agree, you sign it and get ready to start.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a professional HR call which gave a good first impression. Then, the first interviewer was rude and arrogant. After that, I had a final HR round where we negotiated salary and I got a verbal offer. The next day, the director wanted to speak with me and asked some questions. Although I thought the interview went well, HR then informed me that the agreed-upon salary was out of their budget, despite me stating my expectations upfront due to having another offer. They wasted both their time and mine. Very unprofessional company.
