My interview process kicked off in early Feb with a quick recruiter call. After that, I had three more interviews: one with the supervisor, a panel interview with the team, and another with the senior director. About two weeks after the last interview, they wanted me to meet a project developer for a drink, which happened the following week. This whole thing took over two months, and honestly, I was shocked they didn't even tell me I didn't get the job. I thought everyone was super nice and communicative. I even texted the developer I met, and she said she'd try to get info, but still nothing back. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I submitted my resume on LinkedIn and then got an email to schedule a first 30-minute phone call. It was a mix of behavioral questions and a chance for them to talk about their culture and what they're looking for. The second phone call was weird; I just had to talk a bit about why I was interested in the role and then I got to ask questions for the rest of the time. The third interview was about 45 minutes and had similar questions to the earlier ones, plus they went over my resume.

The first interview was fine, but the second one was a mess. Nobody showed up to the virtual meeting. I tried to contact HR, but it took them days to get back to me. Turns out, they booked the interview for the hiring manager's day off. When we finally rescheduled, the interview went okay. I was also a bit confused about the job's location, as it was advertised as remote but then they said it was in-person.
