It was a phone call interview. It wasn't too hard or too easy. They asked about me, some stuff about subject knowledge, and general questions. They also tested my behaviour. It felt pretty comfortable overall.

They don't have anyone technically capable of interviewing. If you can confidently answer questions, even if your answers are wrong, you'll get selected. It's a direct face-to-face interview with no written test. There are basic questions, followed by an HR round.

First, there was an HR Interview, which was like a basic check to see if I fit and understood the job. Then, an Online Test to check my aptitude and technical skills. After that, a Technical Round with the Project Manager, where they really dug into my experience and how I solve problems, maybe with some coding or design stuff. Finally, Salary Negotiation to sort out the pay and benefits.
