I interviewed on May 16, 2018. First, there was an online general aptitude and reasoning test. Then, a Technical/HR/Managerial round followed. Both parts were pretty straightforward. Many candidates, including myself, were told we got the job. We were then informed about getting a call from Hyderabad for joining dates. However, I've heard nothing back from the Cyient HR team since then. It felt like a waste of time.

The interview process took 2 days, and included an online exam and an HR round. The interview was held at the Cyient office in Uppal. This part repeated - it took 2 days followed by an exam and HR round, the exam was online, and the interview was at the Cyient office in Uppal.
