First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cydcor.
Account Executive
I applied for an Account Executive role at a small firm tied to Cydcor. The interview process was pretty straightforward, with two main steps. The first interview was basically a screening. Then, the very next day, I went in for the second interview. They offered me the job just hours after that one wrapped up. For the second interview, you could choose between a one-hour sit-down meeting or spending the entire day shadowing someone. It wasn't too tough.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next 5-10 years?
Account Executive
They booked the first interview over the phone. The first round is basically just to see if they vibe with you. If they do, you'll come back for a second round. The second round is a full day shadowing an account rep out in the field. If the rep likes you and you show you're really into it, you'll get the job.
- Why do you think this position is a good fit for you?
Account Executive
The interview process had 2 interviews. I first met with the Office Manager for a professional but laid-back chat. I felt valued right away. I got a callback within a few hours for the second interview. The second interview involved shadowing someone for a full day to understand the company. I was also interviewed and evaluated during that day. After the shadowing, I had another one-on-one with the office manager and met several employees who spoke positively about the company. I received a job offer before I even left.
- What are your most important values?
