VP of Finance
I really liked the interview process, it was interesting and gave me a lot of insight. I especially liked talking to people from different departments, which gave me a good sense of how everyone works together and the company culture. It was also great to meet people who would be on my team. Hearing their experiences and goals was inspiring and helped me see how I could help them succeed. Overall, it gave me a clear picture of the role and the team, and made me more excited about the job.
- Can you describe your approach to managing team members and delivering feedback?
Talent Acquisition Specialist
The interview process was straightforward. I had two Zoom interviews—one with my manager and another with the department head. The conversations were interactive and felt more like discussions than typical Q&A sessions. They were very open and answered many of my questions, which left me excited about the opportunity and positively reinforced my eagerness to join the organization.
- What would you consider your greatest strength?
Data Manager
I sent in my resume and cover letter by email. They got back to me pretty quick, like the next day, and set up an interview for that same week. First, I talked with my potential supervisor for about 90 minutes. They mainly wanted to hear more about my experience and get to know me better, not super focused on the resume itself. After that, they invited me back to do a job shadow. I got to see the actual day-to-day tasks and spent time with a few other data managers. It was a good way for us to see if it was a good fit, both for me and for them.
- Can you elaborate on your personal background and experiences?
- Could you give us more information about yourself, beyond the details listed on your resume?
- What was your impression of the work during the job shadow?
Future Leader
It was a 2 interview process. The first one was with the owner/manager or assistant manager, a typical first round. They really just wanted to see if you could talk to people. The second interview was more like an orientation with one of the top corporate trainers from the prior week. They (CP is two levels above entry, btw) start by asking you about yourself, then get into FORDS (family, occupation, recreation, dreams, school) from you. Then they give you the rundown on the organization/job, including corporate structure, upward mobility, their specific client, day-to-day operations, and marketing. Sometimes brand new CPS with no clue interview you. Because of that, almost everyone gets invited back because you're training for them anyway.
- Are you scared of door to door sales?
