Virtual Assistant
The interview was pretty interesting and straightforward if you were ready for it. I thought it was going to be a really short interview, but mine ended up being a bit longer. My interviewer was nice and friendly. They asked about my standout core skill, why I was interested in Cyberbacker, my salary expectations, what I knew about the company from my research, and my system specs like internet speed and processor. They also walked me through the company policies and asked if I was willing to follow them. I was given a chance to ask questions, which I did.
- Can you tell me about your main skill that makes you unique?
- What is your motivation for choosing Cyberbacker?
- What are your salary requirements?
Virtual Assistant
So I applied for a part-time VA gig. The interview was online, and I had to wait around a bit before a one-on-one chat. It was kinda weird, this was my second go. I'm still baffled about what I did wrong. They weren't asking for much, and I even told them upfront that I was looking for part-time since they advertised it that way. They were like, 'You can't have a regular job or any other job besides ours,' etc. It's a part-time role, you know? Obviously, I need another job to make extra cash. It makes no sense. Anyway, I didn't get it, but I don't regret trying. The whole thing felt off, like I said, and I still don't know what they were after.
- They asked a lot about my PC specs and internet speed, which I passed easily. My PC is new and I have fiber internet.
- They questioned if I could only work for them and not have any other jobs.
Virtual Assistant
after applying to their website the first interview is just all about your equipment specifications, work preferences if part time or full time. they also asked to tell something about yourself. expected salary, availability
- Can you provide details on your equipment specifications?
- What are your work preferences regarding part-time or full-time employment?
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
