The interview was alright, though there was a significant wait. The interviewer was friendly, respectful, and very understanding, making it easy to interact with her. She was not quick to judge or show her feelings.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewer was incredibly accommodating, making me feel comfortable and valued throughout the conversation. Their approach made it easy to share my experiences and ask questions, which I greatly appreciated.
- Could you tell me about your PC specs?

My interview experience with Cyberbacker Philippines was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, they were super fast with communication and feedback, which was great. But on the other hand, they were not very upfront about things and had some pretty demanding requirements that felt a bit much for the interview stage. For example, they wanted candidates to deactivate accounts on other job platforms, which I thought was limiting. They also required a backup laptop, which could be a problem for some people financially. And they called me out for not having a noise-canceling headset even though my background was quiet. The final interview also felt like it was repeating a lot of what we talked about in the first interview, which made me wonder why they needed it. The online assessment was tough too, and I worry it might filter out good people just based on that one test. When I asked about benefits, they only mentioned profit sharing and referral bonuses, and didn't answer questions about HMO, 13th-month pay, or government contributions like SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG. They were also unclear about help with BIR tax filing. So, while they move fast, you should think about whether you're okay with not knowing the salary upfront, if you can afford the extra gear they ask for, and if the job's good points make up for the lack of info on benefits.
- Can you describe how you manage stress?
