It was a pretty straightforward hiring process. After just two interviews, I got the offer. The interview questions were relevant to the job and manageable for me. I heard back from them about three weeks later.

The interview process involved two technical rounds, one of which was also managerial, both based on my resume. They asked basic software testing questions. Even though I cleared both rounds, the HR round took about 3 weeks. They initially asked for payslips and 6 months of bank statements. The HR seemed confused, first saying there were issues with my bank statements without a clear reason, and this happened three times. Then he claimed the dates on the statements weren't readable, specifically that they were in YYMMDD format instead of DDMMYY. He only mentioned this after three weeks. After I got them corrected, he abruptly said the requirements were over. This was frustrating as the statements are system-generated and follow the bank's rules. After a month of waiting, and just two days after validating my payslips, they told me the position was filled. Worst management experience ever.

It was a simple process to start, beginning with an aptitude test. After that, there was a technical round (TR) and then a HR round. The TR was straightforward and had a friendly vibe. The HR part was conducted like a group discussion (GD) with 18 people, and 9 of us got an offer.
