First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cybage Software.
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty standard - 3 rounds total. The first two were technical and related to the job, followed by one HR round. They asked scenario-based questions that tied into the job description. But after passing all 3 rounds, there was a surprise - the HR person added another fitment round. This round got scheduled and then cancelled a few times. It's been 3 weeks since I cleared the last HR round, and I'm still waiting for an offer letter or any communication.
- What are your strategies for managing conflicts?
- How would you approach a scenario where the project scope increases?
- Describe your methods for risk management.
Project Manager
The interview process involved two rounds of discussions. These discussions primarily focused on various project management aspects, including Scope, Schedule, Cost, and Risk Management. We also covered team and project management frameworks like Waterfall and Agile, as well as Support and Escalation Management Techniques.
- Can you describe your favorite project that you've managed?
- Could you tell me about a difficult project you've managed?
Project Manager
The interview process was seamless. The HR Coordinator was very cordial. There were 2 Operations Rounds, one with the Dr Project Manager and another with the Head of Dept. Finally, after all discussions, I was offered the job on the same package, but with a 1 Year Bond, No Transport, No WFH & No Night Shift Allowance. I declined the offer.
- Tell me about the types of projects you've managed.
