I'm writing this review for the HR department. The recruiting HR staff seem unaware of the company culture and are not very helpful. They exhibited an unprofessional attitude regarding a job requirement. I received a call from them about an opening. They inquired about my current and expected salary, and my notice period. I mentioned I was seeking a 30-40% raise. They seemed to agree and forwarded my resume, proceeding with two interview rounds. After completion, they stated they couldn't offer more than my current salary. Be cautious, as they may waste your time. It appears they have ample time to spare, which they use by contacting candidates. Management should improve their collaboration with the Indian recruiting team for better outcomes. They are wasting others' time and shouldn't do that.

technical interview scheduled and cleared. then had a salary discussion. asked for a good package based on performance. HR said another round needed for that package. took another round, impressed the interviewer who said i'm deserving. got a mail same day to upload documents. uploaded and asked for HR round. HR said the congratulations mail was a glitch (got it twice). HR said position is on hold. Will let you know later. Very unprofessional, no calls or replies.

The interview process is straightforward, starting with a technical round. The second round can be either technical or an HR round, depending on the recruiter's decision. Finally, a managerial round takes place, after which an offer may be extended. While the process is simple, it can sometimes take a while, entirely depending on the recruiter.
