Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CVS.
Intern
It was mainly a phone interview process, and it wasn't too difficult. First, the district manager wanted to learn more about me and my career goals. After that, I spoke with the pharmacy manager. Overall, the process wasn't stressful.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Intern
I did a HireVue interview, and it had about 7 video questions. Mostly behavioral, but one was related to the specific job I applied for. It wasn't too hard, just needed practice like any other HireVue interview.
- What makes you want to apply for this role?
Intern
I only got to the first round of interviews, but it included questions where I had to answer each within a specific time limit. The questions themselves were pretty standard, but the time constraint made it tricky to think and respond.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you collaborated with a team?
