It took a few tries submitting applications before I actually got an interview. Unfortunately, I didn't get through. I suspect the sheer number of applicants was just too overwhelming. I've heard from other people that they sometimes get rejection emails but then a recruiter reaches out, or their application status doesn't get updated even after they're hired.

They mentioned they'd already filled the role I originally applied for, and instead wanted to interview me for a different opening. This other position didn't really fit the job description or my experience, and they didn't tell me this upfront. It would have been better if they'd just said this during the recruiting call so nobody's time got wasted.

The interview process seems pretty straightforward, especially if you've got experience in pharmacy operations. It'll focus on checking how familiar you are with the main parts of pharmacy ops, like managing how work gets done, making sure rules are followed, and making patient care services better. I think my background and experience fit these duties, and I'm eager to talk about how I can help the team. I'm also ready to give more details or examples from my past jobs to show I'm qualified. I'm looking forward to talking more about how I can be valuable.
