Digital Content Manager
I checked Glassdoor before interviewing and was surprised by my good experience given the negative reviews. The first three interviews were great, but then things slowed down, and I had to follow up twice to keep the process moving. I was expecting a project as the final step before an offer, with 4 days to a week to complete it. Instead, they tried to rush me, wanting me to do the project during a one-hour interview with instructions given at the start. The project had unrealistic, timed conditions (20 minutes), and the data analysis part was overly complicated, unlike typical ecommerce data analysis which should be straightforward. Despite my experience, they rejected me, claiming I was the issue, not the project's format. The director also mentioned I'd have about five more interviews after the project, totaling eight interviews plus the project. For a $60k salary, this seemed excessive. I'm frustrated by the time waste, how they seem to alienate good candidates, and the current job market difficulty. Many companies are overcomplicating things, and this one appears great from the outside, but I'd advise others to avoid it and save themselves the time.

Office Manager
It was a long process, with responses taking weeks and many coming outside of normal work hours. Everything was done virtually and was scheduled easily. There were a few 30-minute interviews and a significant take-home project, similar to what others have experienced. I noticed a few red flags throughout. They repeatedly mentioned it was a startup in every interview. The role itself seemed different from the job posting and kept changing, but the pay was low. They emphasized values and empowering women a lot, but the work culture discussed didn't reflect that. It didn't seem like there were any long-term opportunities.

Marketing
I was so excited to see one of my favorite brands was hiring for a position I was interested in through LinkedIn/their own careers page. I reached out to hiring manager directly, and she set up a phone interview quickly- which was great! I answered some typical questions about my background experience and what I am looking for in next role. 1 week later, they followed up with a project to complete. I dedicated upwards of 25 hours to this project, and submitted 1 week later, and then -- didn't hear back for two weeks. I followed up twice to ensure my emails weren't getting filtered to spam. Finally heard back they were still reviewing after 2 weeks, and then a few days later was rejected. I would've appreciated a more upfront decision or feedback before dedicating so much time and energy to the project, and after project submission, would've loved to know a timeline for decision. I felt lost in the dark while waiting and holding on decisions for other offers. Seemed like there was no HR present or involved to liaise communications.

Production Assistant
I had a phone interview. What I liked was that the first interview was not with HR but the one you would work with. She was very friendly, open and honest. At the end of the interview, I was able to ask questions about the job that were thoroughly answered.
