after the initial phone interview, i came to the office. the recruiter showed me around the building and explained all the different departments. the first part of the three hour process involved a math test, a color processing test, and an email to answer. after the tests, i had a group interview with two managers. i was asked to find small detail problems on three shirts, then went through the normal questions. at the end, i sat with a rep to watch them take a call, then i had to do a mock sales call - taking a call, designing a shirt, and so on.

Behavioral Technical Group

The hiring and interview process was straightforward. I was first emailed about a quick phone interview with a specific caller on a set date. After that call, I was asked about my availability for a second interview at the company. Upon arriving at the office, I received a tour and an overview of the company's operations and departments. Following the tour, I completed a basic math test and responded to a sample email. The process concluded with a group interview with three managers where I was asked about my background, potential contributions, past experiences, and if I had any questions. Unfortunately, I was notified via email over a week later that I did not receive the position.

First, there was a phone call which was pretty standard. Then, we had a 3-4 hour onsite interview. It started with a tour, followed by some math exercises. After that, I did email and phone customer service tests. Then, there was a panel interview with two leads, which felt more like a chat than an interview. They asked standard questions. After that, I shadowed someone on real calls, and then talked to one of the department managers.
