The process was quick and smooth. It all started with an initial phone call with HR. A few days later, a date was proposed to meet with the operational team (managers or team members). Once this second interview is done, you get a quick answer! Note that I applied for a fixed-term contract.

I applied for the job online and got a call from HR the next day for a phone screen, asking about my experience and resume. Then I had an in-person interview with two people, asking about my past work experience. After that, two different people came in and we went through the same exercise, mostly general conversation about my experience. The recruiter called a day later to set up a second on-site interview with the Executive Director, which was a formality. He asked about my experience and was laid back. The interview was mainly to verify my resume and judge character.

Behavioral Presentation

Had a really friendly and professional phone chat with the recruiters first. Then met with what seemed like a senior manager for an in-person interview. That one wasn't as well put together, the questions could have been better planned. Even though it was friendly, the interviewer seemed distracted, didn't really listen, and didn't take notes. They were a bit impatient and even cut me off mid-answer. Honestly, I wasn't impressed by the interviewer or the interview. It wrapped up early, and when I went to say thanks and shake hands, they'd already left through another door, leaving me by the elevator. Definitely not a great experience.

  • The questions were so uninspired that I can't recall any others.
