Site Coordinator
the interview process is smooth and direct. I haven't experience fancy or irrelevant questions during the 2 interview... one is for screening and panel interview... they're good and not fake but kind of feel cold like tension or maybe they're introvert or something.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What do you know about this role?
- How would you rate yourself in MS Office and communication skills?
Facility Coordinator
You first apply on their Workday site. If Talent Acquisition picks you, they'll email you to schedule an initial 30-minute phone screening. This screening isn't really an interview, mine was only 10-15 minutes and just to see if you fit what they're looking for. If you pass that, they'll email you again to set up a real interview with people from the team you'd join. Usually, this involves an interview with 2 staffers from C&W, which felt a bit intimidating. After that, I was told you'd do an in-person or virtual interview (depending on your situation) with one of the supervisor's supervisors. Talent Acquisition also mentioned that if you aren't selected, you won't get notified by email or phone; you'd have to check their Workday site, which is pretty bad. A huge company can't even send an automated rejection email. You're supposed to figure out what 'Review Completed' means and watch your application status change from 'Active' to 'Inactive'. It was a disappointing end to what I thought were great interviews with lots of good feedback.
- Could you tell me about your past work experiences?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
- Please share some examples of challenges you encountered in your previous roles.
Project Coordinator
I did the interview with HR along with the Manager, which made the process move more quickly. Then I would have to present the people to the client if they liked them. Then they would proceed with the hiring. So there would be two stages in the hiring process.
- Could you tell me about your professional background?
- What projects have you been a part of?
- Were these projects where you were physically present on-site?
