I went through several rounds of interviews for about a month with the department head and team members. They seemed really keen on hiring me and laid out all my duties. But, after the final interview, I was left in limbo, and I didn't expect to hear back until I reached out for an update. It felt really unprofessional and disrespectful. They then called me back, still unsure about their decision. I also noticed they relisted the job on LinkedIn. Overall, it was a terrible experience – bad communication, disorganized, and indecisive.
