The interview process was very efficient. I had a recruiter call one week, and the next week was the interview. A couple days after that, I received an offer. They don't make you wait around for multiple interviews. For senior roles, they promote from within, whether that's remote or in-office.

I met with five people, including two pairs of a manager and assistant manager, then the controller. Before the interview, you have to complete a 20-question written accounting exam. They have a printed list of questions they're supposed to ask. Depending on who you're speaking with, you may or may not get to ask the questions that are important to you. You'll definitely get a sense of who you'd be working with.

It was a good interview, the people interviewing me made me feel comfortable and they gave me a lot of info about the company. It lasted an hour and a half and I spoke with 4 managers. They asked both behavioral and skills-based questions.
