The manager conducting the interview was nice and asked good questions. I answered them all well, and they contacted me the same week. The staff benefits are good, but there are long hours and high targets.

Behavioral Technical

So I had this interview, right? They called it a meet and greet, but it was a 2 on 1. One manager was cool and introduced himself, but the other one barely said his name and then asked where I was from. His response to my answer was pretty weird, like 'oh ok' and then something about my people working in lower divisions. Super awkward, felt racist. The other manager wanted to continue, but this one was pushing for me to leave even before we started. He thought he'd hit me with tough questions, but I was ready and nailed them, the other manager even complimented my answers. But yeah, by the end, the one guy was literally rushing me out with his tone and body language. Honestly, avoid this company. If the senior management is this rude, you're not gonna get any help or tools to grow.
