Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Currys.
Business Analyst
It was a couple of stages, first a standard interview then a second one where I had to do a pre-prepared presentation. First interview was with the Senior BA and the next one was with the delivery lead. They asked standard questions and expected me to explain my approach in a concise presentation.
- How would you engage with stakeholders who don't know Agile?
- Describe your process for working with stakeholders who are not familiar with Agile delivery.
Business Analyst
The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen. Then there was a technical screen, and finally an onsite interview. In total there were 4 rounds. The interview formats were behavioral, technical, and coding.
- Describe your experience working collaboratively with others.
Technical Business Analyst
So this was described as a tech BA job, but honestly, it felt more like a solution analyst role. They mentioned upfront that it's a totally different job and involves more collaboration with Architects. After that, it was a pretty standard interview process.
- Did you have experience with Postman?
