Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with Currency in August of 2017. I was initially interviewed by a guy that asked me basic questions and after about 10 minutes, he said that he was going to go grab the V.P. and have him talk to me (which I took to be a good thing) and then I interviewed with him for about half an hour, maybe more. After that I was interviewed by their recruiter which was another 10 minutes. All in all, I was there for over an hour interviewing with all the different people. I was told that I'd have a response by the end of the week (I interviewed on a Tuesday). Since I was there so long and interviewed with three different people, I thought I did really well but at the end of the week all I got was an email saying I didn't get it, so that was a bummer.

Technical Behavioral Other

I applied through the USC career center. A day or two later, I got an online test that was very math heavy. A few days after that, we set up a phone call where they asked me a lot about my experience, my background, and what motivates me. The third round was a personal interview where they asked me job-specific skill questions.

Behavioral Other

Recruiting was handled by a third-party company, who I first contacted after applying on LinkedIn. The interview process started with a screener call with that recruiter. Next, I had an interview with a recruiter or HR Manager from Sandhills Global, the parent company. The final stage was an in-person interview with a sales manager. This last interview felt pretty relaxed, even though I had to wear a suit. I was asked to complete some behavioral/personality assessments that felt unnecessary, honestly some of the most pointless personality tests I've ever done. On a different note, the compensation details I got from different people in the organization were quite inconsistent.
