Account Executive
A recruiter contacted me. We had an initial phone screen, and then I went to the office for an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. The manager was friendly and balanced the time between asking me questions and answering mine. The office wasn't particularly impressive, and it gave me a negative vibe about the work environment. The manager also mentioned that a 'come early stay late' mentality is expected. I was told I'd get a response the following week, but that didn't happen. No follow-up email or call. The manager's handshake was also very brief and dismissive when I left, which made me feel like he just wanted me gone.
- Have you ever cheated on anything?
Account Executive
The first interview is basically a run-through of your resume and a get-to-know-you chat. The second one is a technical interview with some case studies, basically to see if you can handle rejection and keep pushing the sale. They'll give you three profiles of small business owners and their businesses, and they'll ask you about one of them, so make sure you know all of them well and you'll be good.
- How do you handle being rejected?
Sales Executive
The interview process was very professional and the HR team was polite and kind. It lasted about 1.5 hours and included thought-provoking and well-engineered questions. It was a professional experience and I would still be working there if I hadn't moved.
