Recruiting Coordinator
The interview process was very quick, only taking about 5-8 business days, and it went really smoothly. My recruiter, Thanh, was super helpful and kept me updated the whole way through. She was also really excited about the company and about me, which made it even better. The company's mission, how the interviews went, and the team's energy made my decision super easy! The steps were: Phone screen, then a Written Assignment, followed by an Onsite Interview, then a Verbal Offer, and finally a Written Offer.

Recruiter
I had a virtual interview with the CMO. They mostly asked me behavioral questions about my leadership skills and previous recruiting work. They also asked about my resume and what I want to do in the future.
- Can you tell me about a recruitment process you managed for an organization?
- Walk me through how you've handled recruiting for a company in the past.
- What was your experience like when you had to recruit for an organization?
Technical Sourcer
So first it was a 30 min phone chat, then a 2 hour interview with 4 folks. Heads up, if you want to join the talent team in SF, you really gotta have a referral. I chatted with the team and it seemed like most of them had minimal experience but they knew someone at the company.
- Can you tell me about a recruiting obstacle you've faced and how you handled it?
- How would you go about sourcing a candidate?
- Share an instance where you assisted a colleague on your team.
