I had an interview with Novantas (before they were bought by Curinos) for a summer internship. It was a pretty standard process. Mostly non-technical questions, a few brain teasers, and some case studies typical for consulting roles.

The first round involved two interviewers who seemed a bit disengaged. They asked me behavioral questions, some of which were a little unusual. One of them also presented a short case study, which I found a bit surprising for a consulting firm focused on finance. The case included market sizing and brain teaser type questions.

The internship process was standard. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Case studies were provided as anticipated. The interviewers showed genuine interest. It was a positive interview experience overall. There were three interviews conducted back-to-back. Additionally, there was ample opportunity to learn more about the company and its operations.
