Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I got recruited for this FT Campus Recruiting role via my school's career site. It was pretty standard: the first round had two junior staff members, one focused on brain teasers/mental math and the other on behavioral questions with a mini-case. The final round involved three staff members with different experience levels; one led a case interview, another a brain teaser/mental math problem, and the third focused on behavioral questions and in-depth market sizing with a partner. Everyone seemed really nice, and the culture feels positive.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was 3 rounds of interviews, with 2 30min interviews each round. They threw in some behavioral, some brainteasers, and some cases. I interviewed with people at different levels, and the final interview was with a Director. They weren't super responsive after the interviews, and the whole thing took about 3-4 weeks.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • They asked several basic math questions.
  • One case study involved figuring out pricing considerations for two teleporters.
