Had a 15 min group interview with four people. They were dressed casual and sitting around a table. Only one of them had chemistry experience. The interview quickly changed from being about a chemist role to a different position. I was told I could get promoted to chemist in a few months if I took a lower position as a compounder, which mostly involved cleaning floors and parts.
