Behavioral

The whole process was a behavioral phone screen. They asked about my school, my past experiences, my interest in the industry and the firm, and then general behavioral questions like what my best and worst qualities are, and about difficult problems I've faced. A big chunk of the time was spent on why I'm interested in this specific school.

Behavioral

I applied on their website with my resume and cover letter. About three weeks later, I got an email for a Skype interview. We set it up for the following week. The interviewer was really flexible and responsive. The interview itself went okay, even though the connection was bad and it was their first time doing a Skype interview. The questions were all about my past experiences and behavior, with not much talk about the actual finance work the interns would be doing. Since I was applying for the internship program for college students between sophomore and junior year, which they're just starting, my questions about it were mostly answered vaguely.

It was a pretty straightforward process. I had a screening call first, and then there were three more interviews. The interviews got progressively more senior. They asked a lot of behavioral questions and questions about my resume. Everyone I met was really nice and treated me with respect.
