The interview was pretty straightforward. It had two parts: first a phone screen, then an in-person interview. The phone screen asked general stuff about the products, and the in-person one got into more detail about how the store operates.

First, there was a phone screen where I introduced myself and the store manager told me about the company. Then, I had an in-person interview with the store manager and a lead. After that, I had to do fingerprinting, and then on my first day, there was an orientation zoom meeting.

The first interview was over the phone and the lady I spoke to was engaging and polite. I got a second interview with the GM and the assistant manager. The second interview was via Microsoft Teams; it started well but they would ask a lot of similar questions. The GM logged on halfway through the meeting, didn't introduce herself, and was a little rude to be honest.
