I was contacted by a recruiter, and then had two interviews with managers. Based on the responses I received and the lack of an ERP system, it's clear that employees won't get any support or training. The interviews were okay, but the recruiter gave no feedback, and the generic, automated emails are outdated, just like not having an ERP system. If you're highly educated and looking for growth and a stable career, I'd suggest looking somewhere else.

I had a phone interview first, then I interviewed with the store manager. The store manager interview was a panel interview. I made it to the store manager interview stage. The manager was wearing a hoodie and baggy pants. They swore multiple times during the interview, which was extremely unprofessional. It seems like the company isn't serious about their professional talent.

So, the recruiter explained the process. First, there's an initial interview or screening. Then, an interview with the department manager, and after that, an interview with the director of the department. I felt like my first interview went pretty well because my background totally lined up with what the recruiter said they were looking for. They said I'd hear back about scheduling a second round within two weeks, but it actually took them four or five weeks to get back to me, and then they told me they ended up hiring someone internally.

First, there was a phone screen where I introduced myself and the store manager told me about the company. Then, I had an in-person interview with the store manager and a lead. After that, I had to do fingerprinting, and then on my first day, there was an orientation zoom meeting.
