It felt like a pretty straightforward 2-step process, though I might be misremembering given how many recruiters I talk to. I don't think I actually spoke with the client. First, there was a recruiter interview where they asked typical background questions. Then, an executive-level interview focused on more administrative topics.

The office culture is very much work hard, play hard. If you choose to, you can be going out every night if your project team is good. I applied online and received a call for a phone interview from a partner (they've recently started using ECs and Principals for this with the company's growth). Then, a single-day interview was scheduled where I met each of the partners for 15-30 minutes each. They asked different questions concerning why I wanted to get into the industry, etc. Pretty standard questions. I got offered the job the same day.

We started with a quick phone call to check if you were interested and had the right experience. Then, you were asked to come in for a more official interview where you met with 5 people from the company: 2 partners and 3 Engagement Consultants.
