After applying online, I had a quick phone chat where they asked about my customer service background. The following week, I met with a district manager at a Cubesmart location. They showed me around, explained the company, and the responsibilities for the store manager role, which is their entry-level job. The interview was pretty relaxed, not high pressure, and went for at least 30 minutes. The manager also talked about how much they focus on customer service at Cubesmart.
