Started with a recruiter call to check my background and see if I was a good fit. Then, a technical phone screen where I had to do some coding and problem-solving, focusing on data structures and algorithms. The on-site part involved more coding, system design discussions to see how I'd build big systems, and behavioral interviews about my experience, leadership, and how I work in teams. Also had interviews with senior engineers to check how I'd get along with and lead others. Basically, they wanted to see my past experience, teamwork skills, and how much technical stuff I know.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really great experience and we exchanged a lot of fun ideas, getting deep into technical aspects. Job interviews can be pretty scary, and even if you're confident and know your stuff, one unexpected question can throw you off. So, being prepared is key. I hadn't done this kind of interview before.
