Analyst Trainee
The Analyst Trainee interview process at Cognizant involves several steps to check your tech skills, how you solve problems, and how well you communicate. It starts with an online assessment covering aptitude, logic, verbal skills, and some basic tech stuff to see if you can think analytically. If you pass that, you'll have a technical interview where they'll ask about core subjects, programming basics, databases, software fundamentals, and how you approach problems for this role. Lastly, there's an HR interview to gauge your communication, attitude, career plans, eagerness to learn, and if you fit with Cognizant's values and work environment. The whole point is to see if you've got the technical chops and are ready to be a professional Analyst Trainee.

Programme Analyst
You'll have two technical rounds, and you need to pass both to get to the HR round. In the HR round, they'll ask about you and then discuss your package (CTC).
- Are there two technical rounds and do you have to clear both to go into HR?
- Will they be asking questions about yourself and then discussing about the package (CTC)?
