I did a written essay, answered some questions, and then had an in-person interview with the manager. I really prefer in-person, it's better for getting to know someone. It was great to see the company's care in getting to know the person before they join, and you can already see the procedures and the place in the company.

The job opening was found through forums, and I was contacted directly on Linkedin. The first interview was online. The professional from SONDA was dynamic and helpful, very different from CTIS Operational. The analyst or hiring manager, I think it was Hebe, was a bit clueless and gave out inaccurate information. SONDA acquired CTIS, but CTIS is not SONDA, not even close, and the quality is really bad.
