I applied online and then had a phone interview. They asked me about myself, my strengths and weaknesses, and gave me 3 scenarios to see how I would respond. The interviewer was nice and gave me feedback on my answers. I got the job offer right after.

My virtual job interview was a huge letdown, honestly. Felt like a total waste of my time. I was interviewed by people who seemed less experienced than me, and they just jumped into questions without letting me introduce myself. When I finally got to ask questions, one interviewer went completely silent after I asked about the team's strengths and weaknesses, and then claimed the team had no weaknesses, which I know is BS. It's wild they're still working remotely after three years. The whole thing felt unprofessional and made me doubt their competence. They also had me do two exercises: submit a work sample and give advice on Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining Agreements. I feel like they just used me for free work. Never again!

It was a virtual job fair thing for three different jobs. First, there was an intro with the Director for about an hour. Then you'd go to separate screens and have to wait for your turn. Depending on the job you applied for, they'd assign you with a team. I waited like 3 hours for my turn. They only asked 3 questions in the first round. Then they set up another interview with the Director.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Could you describe your current process as an evaluator?
