Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CSU CardSystem.
Call Center Agent
It was complex, with several phases applied, a test, a survey, and then an interview at the end, where they actually talk about the role and the product, and then you also do the exams on the same day to finalize the hiring.
- What are my main skills
Call Center Agent
- Tell me about how you stay updated on technology and its advancements.
Call Center Agent
It was straightforward and dynamic, and the interviewer was very kind during the online session. Everything felt organized and right on time. They stayed in touch with those selected. Many people were there, but everyone got a chance to speak. There were other recruiters on the interview live stream, which was great.
- Tell me about yourself, your personal life, and your previous role at another company.
