It's an easy-to-access company with an interview that involves many people, but internal management and communication have a lot of noise. The interview was done via video call, and they don't even pay close attention.

In my first job, I worked in customer service at LATAM, helping passengers with questions, rebookings, cancellations, and general flight information. This experience taught me how to deal with people under pressure, develop patience, agility in problem-solving, and clear, empathetic communication — skills I still have today.

I did the whole process in a single day. It included tests for Portuguese, math, general knowledge, typing, and a written essay. Those who passed moved on to an interview with HR. If approved by HR, you just wait for an interview with the hiring manager. If approved by the manager, you then proceed to gather admission documents and schedule a medical examination.
