Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CSM Sport & Entertainment.
Intern
Had a video interview for the first round where they asked some questions, then after that a call with the team.
- Could you explain your interest in working with CSM?
- Tell me about a favorite moment from a sport.
- Tell me about a favorite moment from entertainment.
Intern
It was a recorded video interview and then an interview with the person who would be my supervisor. The video part had mostly behavioral questions to see if I fit the company culture. The supervisor part was to see if I could handle the job duties.
- What song would you pick to perform on a popular television program?
- Tell me about yourself and how you would fit into our company culture.
Intern
The interview was pretty chill, but the main goal was to find someone who fits the company culture. While the intern role doesn't need a super tough process, they wanted to make sure the new hire would contribute positively to the culture.
- It's the end of the week and we've had a long one, where would you take people out after work?
