Manager
The interview process was good, not too difficult. It was friendly and accommodating, and moved at a fast pace. Overall, it was a high-quality and fun experience. It seemed like an okay place to work on good work.

Graphic Designer
Got an email to set up a first round interview for the next week. Then, about two weeks later, I got an email to do a second round with a sample project. I had a week to finish it, which was like a real project for the role and showed how I think. After I sent it in, they set up the second round interview. I had to reschedule it because the coordinator wasn't organized. Offers went out about a month after the second round, probably a bit later because of the holidays. I emailed a month after the second round for an update but never heard back and found out I didn't get the job from LinkedIn posts.

The lack of humanity and respect for the candidate is unbelievable from CSM. I had two interviews for different positions at the company, and in neither did I get a response from HR. In the first one, I didn't pass the first stage and didn't find out. I sent an email to HR and they didn't respond. In the selection process for the second position I applied for, I passed to the second stage, did a presentation for the manager, and I've been waiting for almost three months for a mere response from HR. I believe a simple response, even if negative, is more honest than calling the candidate to come in person only to pretend they don't exist.

Marketing Associate
It was a video interview with questions that you record yourself answering. They had 10 questions in total, and you had all the time you needed to prepare for them, but only one minute to give your answer. It went pretty well, and the software was easy to use. Make sure you're ready to talk about yourself, not so much about the company.
- Can you discuss a recent trend in an industry you find interesting?
