First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CSI Companies.
Technical Recruiter
The interview process included a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. One interview was with an internal employee where we discussed my previous work experience and salary expectations. The in-person interview involved meeting with multiple people one-on-one. They gave me a tour, and I also interviewed with the recruiting manager and the unit president.
- Are you okay with putting in long hours?
Recruiter
I applied and the next day a recruiter called me. She told me about two positions and I asked about the salary for both. She told me to email her my interest in one of the positions so she could submit my info to the hiring manager. I did that and the next day I was called in for an in-person interview with the Manager. The manager was very friendly. I asked about salary again at the end and found out the recruiter had given me the wrong info, the salary was 10k less than what she said. The manager said the next step was to shadow next week and to email her with any questions. I emailed her with questions over the weekend but never heard back about my questions or the shadowing. I didn't even get a rejection email.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in being a recruiter?
- What drives you to work?
Executive Recruiter
The interview process was fast, nice, and casual. I liked meeting the team and the person I would be working with directly. They also kept me updated well during the whole process.
- What are your strategies for recruiting top talent?
